West Midlands Sports Development is constantly reviewing our procedures in order to ensure both our policies and operations work within the framework recommended not only by legislation but guidelines suggested by industry associations in order to perform at the top level of sports coaching.
You will find in this section a small selection of some of our policies. A full client booklet can be obtained from our offices upon request which can include our insurance and complaints procedure. Our staff are constantly under review and we operate an open culture whereby both staff and children feel able to express any concerns.
